Step 1: Design & Technical Discussion

Share your drawings or samples with us. Our engineers will analyze material choices, production feasibility, and tolerances, offering suggestions to improve manufacturability and reduce cost.

Step 2: Quotation & Project Setup

Once confirmed, we will issue a complete quote including pricing, tooling cost, packaging method, lead time, and shipping terms. The project then proceeds to sampling or prototyping.

Step 3: Sampling & Prototyping

We utilize CNC turning, milling, and precision machining to produce functional samples with dimension reports. External processes like broaching or heat treatment can also be integrated.

Step 4: Mass Production

Production is handled through automated and digitally monitored lines to ensure consistency, traceability, and stable quality throughout the process.

Step 5: Surface Finishing

We offer in-house surface treatments like powder coating, anodizing, and rust protection to meet aesthetic or performance requirements. Special coatings or certificates are also available upon request.

Step 6: Assembly & Custom Packaging

We offer full or partial assembly, custom labeling/barcoding, and packaging options based on your needs — from bulk packaging to single-box packing.

Step 7: Delivery & After-Sales Support

We support flexible shipping (FOB, CIF, EXW) and assist with customs documentation. Shipping can originate from either Taiwan or Vietnam. Our team provides continued after-sales and technical support.
